An Open Letter To A Deceptive Facebooker
Dear Girl Who Was Hot On Facebook Before Everyone Met You In College,
It’s about time that we talked. We’re halfway through Spring Semester and you’ve effectively let everyone down with your looks, personality, voice and presence throughout campus.
We all thought you were going to be great. We thought we were going to see you at every party and laugh with you on Saturday...
Tom Waits
I posted a while ago wanting to get into Tom Waits and I got some great suggestions. I went with the first one suggestion which was Rain Dogs. It starts a little slow but gets really good. I enjoyed it a lot.
Time for album number two. After Rain Dogs where should I go?
Why The Japanese Hate The iPhone →
One thing that I do love about the Japanese cell phone market is that they put out cell phone lines, much like clothing companies put out seasonal lines, Japanese cell phone companies do the same but with their phones.
To push the iPhone harder in Japan, mobile carrier Softbank started an “iPhone For Everyone” deal where Japanese customers can get a free 8 GB phone for free with...

Blog Idea
I’ve been toying with starting a blog filled with Springsteen quotes out of context because some are priceless.
“And me I just got tired of hangin’ in them dusty arcades, bangin’ them pleasure machines”
I have too much respect for The Boss to do that.
Meme - Two Random Things On Your Desk Right Now
Last time I did this it was wildly successful with almost 100 notes, let’s try to break that, Tumblr.

Don't Like Facebook? Too Bad. It Isn't Going...
There are few certainties in the way the Internet works nowadays. Sites come and go, replaced by similar sites that just do it better. One website will remain though: Facebook.com.
Growing up you undoubtedly looked at your parents photo albums, pictures of you as a baby, pictures of them when they were first married, that kind of thing. Facebook is a new kind of photo album, a digital one, one...
The Laughing Goat Café Is Laughing At Me
Tonight a few of us trudged down to Pearl Street where I was hopefully going to play guitar. We got to the coffee shop where they turned me away because tonight was only Slam Poetry.
Ways we could have avoided this: me calling ahead, more details other than “Open Mic Night!” on a sheet of paper, them answering their fucking phone when I called them nine times today to ask if it was...
Show Tonight
Pending that the open mic tonight isn’t solely Slam Poetry, I’ll be performing a song called “Mary and The Asbury Blues” at The Laughing Goat Café on Peal Street tonight around 8/8:30. If you’re in Boulder and want to come out, it should be free and I look forward to seeing you there.

First Live Show Tonight
I posted last year about how I wanted to play live for the first time in 2009. Well tonight’s the night. There’s an open mic night down on Pearl Street and I’m going to go down there and give it a shot.
I’m going to play a song I wrote called Mary and the Asbury Blues and hopefully all goes well.
