Jay Cutler Is Leaving Denver...
…and I couldn’t be happier. Seriously.
Now that big, whiny Jay Cutler hasn’t talked to anyone on the Broncos staff for ten days, it looks like they’re going to get rid of him.
Jay had a monster season last year but how could he not? He had no running back and a busted defense, that meant that it was his job to throw the ball for a majority of Denver’s offensive...

Fuck You Live Nation
I’ve decided that for future concert ticket purchases I’m just going to look up people on Cragislist who can’t go and are selling their tickets.
I’m making it my mission to avoid Live Nation at all costs, to give them none of my money for their bullshit and over-the-top “convenience charge.”
Over the past few days I looked up tickets for the Jack’s...
All of my iPhone Apps
ben:
Amazon Mobile - never use it, but seems like it would be useful if I had to
AOL Radio - Good when I run out of podcasts to listen to on bike rides
AP News Network - nice news app
Birdhouse - you will buy this app when it is released
Blocked - most frustrating game, yet so simple
Bloomberg - for when I want to get depressed
Cambio - really simple conversions app
Colloquy - excellent...
The Inner-workings of Facebook
Ever notice how Facebook makes the subtle little changes so people don’t get offended? Like instead of clicking the big grey “X” next to someone’s name that you don’t care to follow, it now says “Hide [first name]” (which also requires an extra click now to get rid of that user from your feed).
It’s like Facebook tries not to disappoint anyone and...
The Best Day Ever
Today was the best day ever. Here’s why:
Woke up at noon
Played games on my iPhone and watched TV most of the day
Went on an hour-long walk on the beach with Devon
Felt moisture and humidity (something that’s severely lacking in Colorado)
Went at 6 with Devon to Five Guys and had a burger. I haven’t seen a Five Guys in far too long
After Five Guys, went across the street to...
How To Downgrade From iPhone OS 3.0 →
Upgrading to 3.0 to try it just because I could was a big mistake. There are so many loose ends in the software that make the iPhone OS 3.0 just isn’t ready for everyday use. I knew that downloading it, it’s beta software after all.
If you’re one of the few that installed 3.0 to play with it and you want to get out for whatever reason, here’s how.
Andy Richter interview in AV Club →
sharingtime:
“… [Fox] had a really young, energetic development staff that seemed fairly devoted, especially in comedy, to putting on interesting, funny, good stuff. And it would get up to a certain point on the corporate structure, then it would hit a wall of not-understanding. Like the people who were right next to the big piles of money would sort of say, “Where’s the car crashes and the big...
Metallica's Lars Ulrich Calls Guitar Hero the "New...
“It seemed like the next step — a whole other platform for musicians to reach an audience. If we talk about this in five years, I think it will turn into an expected way to release an album,” Ulrich said.
No Lars, it won’t. It’s a good way to release a single or two like Rise Against and Bruce Springsteen have, but entire albums from every artist being channeled...
