I’m in favor of a tech throw-back day. Just for one day everyone has to switch to a cell phone with a black and white screen with no camera, possibly no text messaging too. We’ll have to downgrade to dial-up Internet and shut off our DVRs and our iPods.

Our parents would be right at home, back in the dark and we would be in tech-hell for 24 hours. It would be a fun experiment just to see how attached people are to their electronics, to see the psychology of what happens people are without the things that they’re most comfortable with. Or we could all just go camping.
