Ladies and gentlemen, I am pleased to annouce that the Ultimate Tumblr Throwdown is now live.

In no particular order, the competing teams are:

5. Sad Guys on Trading Floors

6. Tumble.Me

There will be a 48 hour recruitment period, during which you must rally as many as your followers/worshippers/disciples into enlisting in your glorious army, after which the defensive walls shall fall, and the battlefield shall be laid bare…

Each turn requires a maximum of 2 minutes to play - shocking, then, that entire empires shall meet their end in these scant seconds!

Once every turn, your troops shall be “blessed” with a number of troops that they can commit to defending or attacking territories held by enemy tumblogs. The winning tumblog is that which manages to combine high diplomacy, skullduggery and sound strategy into conquering every single territories, all the while rallying even more troops to your standard. More information can be found in the “How to Play” tab at the top of the page, but the quicket way to learn, of course, is to jump in headfirst.
